litigious society growth, people who
stay ahead of the technology curve
increase their own competitive edge and
improve their company's ability to
deliver values expectations.
Certification is the validation of
your knowledge, a proof of your
expertise.
MISNet Education's 100% Student
Satisfaction program applies to those
publicly scheduled Instructor-Led
Training Information Technology classes.
In the event that a student who has
completed such a class and been present
for all of the offering is not, in
his/her reasonable opinion, satisfied
with the class, then the student must
notify MISNet Education by emailing
[email protected] or sending
a fax at +63(2)845-3122 within 5
business days of the completion of the
class. MISNet Education will then permit
the student to retake the same version
of the same class title once more for
free within 180 days of our receipt of
the notification.
If we must cancel your class:
MISNet Education makes every effort
to assure your class is delivered when
scheduled. However, unforeseen issues
can arise. Should issues like an
instructor emergency, facility
emergency, or low enrollment require us
to postpone your class, we will provide
you with as much advance notice as
possible — in most cases, at least 10
business days. Once notified, you have
the right to reschedule or request full
credit. We advise you to keep this
policy in mind as you make travel
arrangements, as we shall not be liable
for non-refundable travel costs.
If you must cancel your public class
enrollment:
If you are unable to attend a class
for which you are enrolled, we ask that
you provide us with as much advance
notice as possible to help us meet our
class delivery. The following chart
explains the advance notice class charge
policy:

Attendance in any MISNet Education
course is by pre-registration only.
While MISNet Education will make every
effort to accommodate a walk-in
customer, we reserve the right not to
admit any person who has not
pre-registered for a MISNet Education
course. A confirmation letter or email
will be issued as your proof of
registration. MISNet Education disclaims
any liability for any costs and expenses
incurred by non-admittance.
MISNet Education will be more than happy
to entertain special class requests from
our clients. In order to maintain and
manage the logistical requirements
necessary in setting up a class for a
special class, MISNet Education requires
two weeks advanced notice in order to
facilitate the delivery of the class.
Students are required to meet the
necessary technical prerequisites as
stated in the course descriptions.
Fulfillment of prerequisites ensures
that classes progress at the planned
pace and that everyone derives the
maximum benefit from them. If you have
not attended a prerequisite course, your
job experience may qualify you. If you
