This course is intended for both

MS Office Project. A familiarity with

types and the scheduling formula.
- Customize and format Microsoft
Project views.
- Analyze resource utilization.
- Track progress.
- Create project reports which
analyze project, resource, and task
data.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Experience using Microsoft
Office Project to create project
schedules.
- Fundamental knowledge of project
management.
- Experience with the Microsoft
Windows XP or Windows Vista™
operating system.
- Experience with Microsoft Office
Excel 2003.
