Are you certified yet? Why not?

Despite the threat of recession, certification is the best way for IT Professional to guarantee that their resume gets plus points. Surveys have repeatedly shown that IT professionals with certifications earn more money than those without them, although, there are exceptions.

The certification process rewards both employer and a person earning the certification. It will enable you to do your job better and help your employer reach a particular level in a partner program as well.
